Any NSNs found to have another qualified source will be removed from the award.

All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award. Award is contingent upon the offeror/manufacturer and the product/service meeting qualification requirements at the time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2.

Action for Interested Parties

Non-OEM sources interested in any of the NSNs should notify the Contracting Officer via e-mail prior to the synopsis closing date. Responses should identify items of interest, include evidence of ability to supply for the contract period, quantity available, and price. A Letter of Interest should be forwarded to the Contracting Officer and the SBA PCR. Surplus Dealers are also invited to respond, including a completed surplus certificate (DLAD 52.211-9000) or adequate traceability documentation. The Government may adjust its acquisition strategy if existing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in its best interest.
