Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide thorough cleaning services for the gym area in Building 700, removing dirt, dust, and potential contaminants to promote life safety and meet code requirements.

• Cleaning of room 131 and all contained gym equipment in Building 700.

• Removal of dirt, dust, and potential contaminants.

• Specific tasks include: Ceiling Cleaning (tiles, grid, vents), Wall Cleaning, Exercise Equipment Cleaning, Fan Cleaning, and Floor Cleaning.

• All cleaned areas (ceiling tiles, grid, vents, walls, equipment, fans, floor) must be visibly clean and free of dirt, dust, grime, and debris.

• Exercise equipment and fans must be disinfected.

• The government will evaluate performance based on a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Period of Performance: 3 months.

• Place of Performance: Building 700, Griffiss Business and Technology Park, Rome, NY.
