Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To restore approximately 3.2 kilometers of land at Mihail Kogălniceanu Airbase (MKAB), Romania, to its original condition. This land was previously used as an anti-tank ditch with incorporated individual fighting positions.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services.

• Deconstruct artificial land barriers and return the land to its original condition (approx. 1.7 km of military defense line).

• Backfill identified tank ditches to original natural condition (approx. 1.5 km of military defense line).

• Grade all land to a level natural grade (approx. 3.2 km of military defense line, including barrier, ditch, and fighting positions).

• Filling process to be conducted in lifts not exceeding 12 inches.
