Treatments target stems 6 inches and taller. The Government will provide project area maps, Triclopyr ester formulation, adjuvant, and oil carrier. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all other labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision. All initial treatments must be completed by September 1, 2026, with follow-up treatments by October 1, 2026. Performance standards require at least 95% mortality of designated trees or unit area.
