This solicitation is for the procurement of one (1) Cutler Hammer, Magnum DS, type MDSC, drawout mounted circuit breaker. The acquisition is being conducted by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk.

• Item: One (1) Cutler Hammer, Magnum DS, type MDSC, drawout mounted circuit breaker.

• Specifications: Standard frame, 3P, 3PH, ABC phasing, 2500A, 600V, 100kA@600V, 2500 Amp Rating Plug, 520M LSI Trip, 24VDC Shunt Trip, 110-125VAC Motor Op, 110-127VAC Spring Release, 110-127VAC Under Voltage, 6A/6B Aux/ CONFIGURED TO - MDSC253WEA 25MTCNAA6Y HNNAX.

• Shipping: Included to either location specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Inspection and Acceptance: To be performed at the destination. Refer to the PWS for specific criteria.

• Unique Item Identification: Required for items with a Government unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more, and for embedded subassemblies, components, and parts, and items with warranty requirements, etc. Specific requirements are detailed in clause 252.211-7003.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery is scheduled from 01 May 2026 to 30 Sep 2026.

• Solicitation Issue Date: 01 May 2026

• Offer Due Date: 08 May 2026, 11:00 AM.

• Evaluation: The Government will award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation will be on the basis of price unless past performance information indicates a different best value.

• This acquisition is listed as UNRESTRICTED.

• The solicitation incorporates by reference FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-4. The PWS is attached as document 01.

• Payment instructions are detailed in clause 252.232-7006, utilizing the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for providing a non-functional 2500-amp Eaton/Cutler Hammer 3-pole circuit breaker for Generator #5 at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS) Sicily, NAS II Sigonella, and includes shipping.

• Provide an exact brand, part, and specification for the specified circuit breaker.

• Provide the cost for the circuit breaker, including shipping.

• Inspect the new 2500-amp Eaton/Cutler Hammer circuit breaker before shipping.

• Provide shipping costs for both overseas (to NCTS Sicily) and CONUS (to NCTAMS LANT).

• The contractor must provide the exact specified brand, part, and specification.

• The contractor must provide the cost including shipping.

• Period of Performance: Immediately after award.

• Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 0700 – 1600, excluding federal holidays. Services may be paused due to unique mission requirements.

• The circuit breaker specified is an Eaton Cutler-Hammer Magnum DS, MDSC253WEA Low Voltage Power CB, CAT# MDSC253WEA25MTCNAA6Y HNNAX.

• Government Furnished Material: None.

• Contractor Furnished Material: All labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the task, including all replacement parts for the circuit breaker.

• The contract may be cancelled with a 30-day written notice.

• Adjustments in labor, overtime, and resources may be required due to emergent nature of exercises and real-world communications requirements.
