Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This PWS defines the requirements for a contractor to provide a functional 2500amp Eaton/Cutler Hammer 3-pole circuit breaker (CB) connected to Generator #5 at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS) Sicily.

• Provide a new 2500amp Eaton/Cutler Hammer 3-pole circuit breaker (Model: MDSC253WEA Low Voltage Power CB, CAT# MDSC253WEA25MTCNAA6Y HNNAX).

• Inspect the circuit breaker thoroughly before shipping.

• Provide the cost for shipping the circuit breaker overseas.

• Provide the exact brand, part, and specification for the circuit breaker.

• Provide the total cost including shipping.

• Contractor will provide a written report with shipped equipment.

• Performance and quality of work are subject to Government inspection, review, and acceptance.

• Period of Performance: Immediately after award.

• Location of Performance (Shipping Address): NCTS SICILY N68893, BLDG 452, STRADA STATALE 417, CATANIA GELA, SIGONELLA, ITALY IT 95040.

• Working Hours: 0700 – 1600, Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays.

• Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, and equipment.

• Contractor is responsible for all replacement parts required to repair the circuit breaker, anticipating all likely failure scenarios.

• The contract may be cancelled with a 30-day written notice.

• Contractor must be aware of contingencies and potential adjustments to labor, overtime, and resources due to exercise and real-world communications requirements.
