Scope of Work
The contractor will provide full-service maintenance and support, including:
- Annual Preventive Maintenance for the Eaton UPS system.
- Bi-Annual Preventive Maintenance for the 144-cell VRLA battery system.
- Emergency Response: Guaranteed four (4) hour on-site response time, 7x24.
- Telephone/Remote Support: Available 7x24.
