The purpose of this contract will be to provide a Barbershop concessionaire within the Kendrick E? Club, referred to as NAFI hereout), Building 1039, Randolph AFB, TX in accordance with the attached statement of work. The Kendrick E? club Barber Shop will be operated 4 days a week excluding Mondays, weekends, and Federal Holidays. Established hours are: Tuesdays through Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The NAFI will furnish sufficient quantities of space, heat, water, and electricity to satisfy the normal needs of the Contractor for lighting, heating, drinking, sanitation, and the operation of suitable support equipment. The NAFI will provide free of charge at existing outlets all necessary utility services required for the performance of this contract, the contractor shall carefully conserve utilities furnished. The contractor will be responsible for all of the charge to the direct telephone line located in the Barber Shop.Please see the provided attachment for further information.
