Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of one (1) ECOROLL HG38 Hydrostatic Roller Burnishing System, including delivery, installation, and training. The procurement is for the Watervliet Arsenal in Watervliet, NY.

• ECOROLL HG38 Hydrostatic Roller Burnishing Tool per Statement of Work (Attachment 0001).

• Delivery, installation, and training.

• Inspection required.

• Contract data prepared and delivered in accordance with CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENTS LIST (DD FORM 1423), attached as EXHIBIT A.

• Offerors must provide sufficient product literature (brochures, spec sheets, itemized quotes, etc.) for technical evaluation.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price purchase order.

• Period of Performance: Delivery is scheduled for 36 weeks from the date of award.

• Quotes must be complete to be considered responsive.

• Offerors are required to sign the cover page, complete all fill-ins, and write the proposed price on CLIN 0001.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements and specifications for the procurement of a customized ECOROLL HG38 high-pressure hydrostatic roller burnishing tool, hardware, and operating system.

• Procurement of the ECOROLL HG38 hydrostatic roller burnishing element.
• Procurement of accompanying hydraulic fittings and hoses, sensors, fluid reservoir, high-pressure pump, operating system, and all necessary hardware, accessories, and/or software for proper operation.
• Integration into existing automation components.

  • Pressure supply with media HFA (cooling lubricant) and HLP (hydraulic oil) from 2-68cSt viscosity.
  • KSS (HFA) with 400 bar - Hydraulic oil (HLP) 600 Bar.
  • Flow rates adapted to tools, 1,400 mL/min.
  • Manual pressure control.
  • Tank volume 160 L | usable volume 115 L.
  • Three Phase Motor for radial piston pump 2.2kW, 480VAC at 60Hz.

• Module Low Pressure System (HPU-1-N1-KSSmax):

• Module Monitoring (HPU-1-S1):

  • Flow monitoring with control limit monitoring.

  • Air/Oil/Coolant Heat Exchanger.
