For future or hypothetical technologies, a white paper addressing these points is required.

The Government is specifically interested in presentations on:
- Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) for network operations and maintenance.
- Efficient power generation, storage, and management for enterprise technology, data centers, and tactical operations centers (including heat mitigation).
- Secure, high throughput, low-signature data transmission in fixed and mobile environments.
