Scope of Work

The scope includes reconnecting piping, electrical, and controls, installing vibration isolation pads, insulating piping, and ensuring leak-free connections. Testing, commissioning, and integration into the building automation system are also required. The contractor must provide equipment submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, and staff training. Submission & Evaluation
