Scope of Work
The requirement is for non-personal services encompassing comprehensive educational administrative support. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Administrative support for ACED, TAGD, and their subordinate agencies.
- Support for the ArmyIgnitED program, including managing education benefits and financial assistance.
- Support for the Army Personnel Testing (APT) program, managing test accounts and records.
- Support for the Joint Services Transcript (JST) program, processing transcripts and managing user accounts.
- Finance management support for tuition assistance refunds and recoupment checks.
- Contract project management, including reporting and deliverables.
- ACED Office Operations Support, such as call monitoring, email, and mail processing.

Submission Requirements
Interested firms should provide:
