Submission & Evaluation

- Evaluation: The government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination. Quotes/Proposals must not take exceptions to the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, and/or statement of work. A single award will be made for all items; quoting less than the entire effort may be deemed unacceptable.
- Eligibility: Companies must be registered with SAM.gov to receive an award. Interested authorized distributors must identify their interest and capability and submit an authorized distributor letter or documentation from the OEM with their quotes.
