Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and services necessary for EFCT certified training. This includes:
- On-site EFCT externship training and certification.
- Live-interactive teaching, personal and professional training exercises, case presentations, role-plays, and video observations.
- Offering and modeling assessment strategies and EFCT clinical interventions.
- Providing the EFCT Training Course Manual and direct feedback on EFCT skills.
- Ensuring quality assurance aligned with ICEEFT standards.
- Training to certify proficiencies in EFCT skills for individuals struggling with trauma, PTSD, suicide, depression, anxiety, crisis, and relational distress.
- Contractor personnel must be ICEEFT certified EFCT trainers, and the Program Manager/Alternate PM must hold a current clinical mental health/counseling license (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW).

Special Requirements
