  • Provision and installation of two catch-box foam wireless microphones for audience interaction.
  • Installation of two wireless lapel microphones for presenters.
  • Integration of all new components with the existing AV VTC system. Eligibility & Evaluation

This is a 100% Total Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Offerors must be certified and listed in the SBA certification database at the time of offer and award. Limitations on Subcontracting apply, requiring that for services contracts, not more than 50% of the contract amount can be paid to non-SDVOSB/VOSB firms. Quotations will be evaluated based on:

  • Price
  • Technical Capability (ability to perform to SOW)
  • Additional Standards (Testing, Training, Support Plans, Equipment Quality, Ergonomic Designs)
  • Past Experience (assessing risk based on past performance on similar work). The award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government.
