The contractor will provide comprehensive IT services to design, develop, modernize, enhance, optimize, secure, operate, and maintain a cloud-hosted integration platform for secure information exchange. Key capabilities sought include:

  • Secure-by-design and zero-trust principles, NIST RMF compliance

Submission & Evaluation

Responses, not exceeding nine (9) pages, should be submitted via email to Patrick C. Gadwah (patrick.c.gadwah@uscis.dhs.gov) in MS Word or PDF format. USCIS is seeking examples of corporate experience and past performance related to designing, implementing, and operating large-scale microservice platforms, building CI/CD pipelines, securing high-sensitivity systems, and developing AI/ML solutions. Vendors should also provide company information, business size, and relevant contract details.
