Amendment / Modification

This amendment modifies the solicitation with the following changes:

• Proposal Due Date Extension: The proposal due date has been extended to September 24, 2025, at 14:00 CST. This extension is to allow time for adjustments to the Pricing Matrix based on answers to previous questions.

• Correction to Units: The number of units for Line Items 1031AA and 1031AB has been corrected. For Years 1-5 and the 6-Month Extension Tabs of the Pricing Matrix, the units have been changed from 10,000 SF to 100,000 SF, and from 50,000 SF to 500,000 SF, respectively.

• Clarification of Unit of Measure: The unit of measure (UoM) for Line Item 1081 Reflectometer has been clarified. It now represents a 6' x 6' area. Previously, the UoM was 1,000,000 SF, and 27,800 EA will cover the same area but measured in 36 SF increments.

• Section A - Solicitation/Contract Form: The Response Due Date has been modified.

• Section J - List of Attachments: The "Attachment L1 Paving IDIQ Pricing Matrix Rev01 - (Year 1 - Year 5)" dated September 15, 2025, has been deleted, and a new version dated September 17, 2025, has been added.

The proposal due date has been extended. Bidders should ensure they are using the most current version of the Pricing Matrix and acknowledge these changes.
