2. We've invited and appreciated your ideas and comments since the inception of this acquisition. Beginning with an introduction Industry Day, and engaged in numerous technical information exchanges. There are many aspects of this acquisition that have evolved during the pre-solicitation process, many as a result of discussions with offerors during the pre-solicitation process. Each of these steps enabled us to prepare a better solicitation.
3. This final RFP supersedes all questions/comments and answers/responses. Potential offerors are advised to read the final RFP carefully.
