  • Creating phasing plans to minimize power outages during the project.

  • Conducting site investigations, reviewing as-built drawings, and holding design review meetings with Government stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all designs conform with DoD Building Code (UFC-1-200-01) and associated Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC).
  • Developing a design-build solicitation package and a project construction cost estimate using DOD cost data (PACES or MII).
