Scope of Work
The contractor will deliver noon meals Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and scheduled training days, plus up to 28 Saturdays annually. "Mission day" meals for late-processing applicants are also required on an as-needed basis (estimated up to two days per month). Meals must be prepared at a government-approved facility and delivered in sturdy, clearly marked boxed meals. Each box must include a sandwich (with specific bread, meat, cheese, and veggie options), lettuce, tomato, chips, dessert, fruit, straw, napkin, beverages (variety of carbonated soft drinks, water, iced tea, milk), and condiments. Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027, and two one-year option periods. The government guarantees to procure a minimum of $1,500.00 of boxed meals for the base period, with an estimated quantity of 6,600 meals per period. The place of performance is the El Paso Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), 6380 Morgan Avenue, Suite E, El Paso, Texas 79906-4611. Submission & Evaluation
