Key Personnel (facilitator) must have a resume demonstrating 3 years of interpretation/translation experience, fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written), and a keen understanding of Puerto Rican history and culture.
- Prime Contractor Labor: A statement confirming at least 50 percent of the labor cost will be expended on direct employees of the prime contractor is required.
- Services: On-site and virtual English/Spanish interpretation and translation, including meeting facilitation and short non-billable virtual engagements.
