  • Furnishing New Equipment: Provide new electric furnaces of equal or greater capacity and efficiency (estimated 3-ton for House #17, 2.5-ton for House #63). Equipment must be new, unused, and suitable for the application.
  • Installation: Install new electric furnaces, including sheet metal work for duct integration, electrical connections, thermostat wiring, condensate drain, and venting systems. Modifications to ductwork, piping, or wiring must ensure proper operation and code compliance.
