This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for the purchase of one electric sit-down tow tractor, specifically a Toyota Model CBT4 or equivalent, in accordance with the provided Salient Characteristics. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price type.

• Questions Deadline: Vendors have the first 5 days of the 7-day solicitation period to submit questions.

• Evaluation Factors: Best value will be determined by evaluating technical capabilities (Acceptable/Unacceptable) and price. Pricing will be evaluated for reasonableness and balance.

• Discussions: The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them.

• This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.

• NAICS Code: 333924, Remediation Services, with a size standard of 900 employees.

• All companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be considered for award.

• The solicitation is open for 7 days.

• Offerors are responsible for ensuring timely receipt of quotes, noting potential delays due to the Whiteman AFB network firewall.

• The quote submission must include: Company Name, Point of Contact, Phone Number, SAM UEI Number, CAGE Code, Quote Expiration Date, Number of Employees, Total Yearly Revenue, and Pricing Information.

• The government will not provide contract financing.

• Invoices will be processed via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
