Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This document outlines the technical requirements for an Electric Utility Vehicle (EUV) to support the Propulsion and Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) sections.

• Provide a stable and secure platform for transporting sensitive and valuable equipment used in radiography and borescope inspections.

• Enable rapid deployment of maintenance personnel and equipment to aircraft on the flight line.

• Suitable for operation in various weather conditions and terrain types.

• Performance: Minimum 25 mph speed, minimum 40-mile range under typical conditions.

• Drive System: 72-volt electric.

• Motor: Standard 72 Volt, 16.5 hp DC Motor (minimum); Preferred 72 Volt, 35 hp AC Motor.

• Batteries: Lithium-ion (Li-ion) with specified warranty information.

• Charging: On-board 120 Volt charger, compatible with standard 120V US outlets, maximum 8 hours to full charge. Optional solar panel.

• Capacity: Minimum GVWR 3,000 lbs, minimum payload capacity 1,300 lbs, minimum tow capacity 1,300 lbs.

• Dimensions: Approximately 155" (L) x 61.5" (W) x 69" (H), minimum 8.5 inches ground clearance, maximum 222 inches turning radius.

• Braking: Four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes, hand-operated parking brake.

• Suspension: Independent front suspension.

• Steering: Rack-and-pinion.

• Tires: Street-rated radial tires, size 215/75 R14 or equivalent.

• Cab: Fully enclosed and insulated, with heating, air conditioning, heated seats, roll-up windows, backup camera and alarm, AM/FM radio with USB, sun visors, and tilt steering column.

• Safety Features: Three-point seat belts, high/low beam headlights, turn signals, brake lights, reverse lights, roof-mounted strobe light, windshield washer and wiper, automotive safety glass.

• Delivery Schedule: Within 120 Days After Date of Contract Award (ADC).

• Shipping: FOB Destination to 08234.

• Delivery Address: 177FW Propulsion Shop 400 Langley Rd. Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.

• Delivery Restrictions: No deliveries on weekends, evenings, or Mondays.

• Documentation: Provide complete operating and maintenance manuals in electronic format, and a detailed parts list with recommended spare parts.

• Warranty: Comprehensive warranty covering all parts and labor for a minimum of one year. Specify warranty terms and conditions.

• Alternate Solutions: Offerors proposing alternate solutions must provide supporting documentation and explanations of how their proposed EUV meets each requirement.
