- Circuit Breaker: One PJL36120YP-Molded Case Circuit Breaker, UL/CSA Rated, PowerPact P Frame, 1200 Amp, 3 Pole, 600 Vac, with specific interrupting ratings.
- Motor Starter: Six Class 8539 Thermal Mag CB Combination Starters, including two NEMA Size 2 (25 HP @ 460V) and three NEMA Size 4 (100 HP @ 460V), all non-reversing 3 phase with specific thermal mag ratings and enclosures.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must include a completed RFP page with pricing, a completed SARC – Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs, and PUR-466 – Proposal Certifications. Oral communications are not acceptable. The award will be made to the offeror whose proposal conforms to requirements and is most advantageous to the Government.
Required Certifications:
- PUR-466 (Proposal Certifications): Covers Export/Import Control, Buy American, Rights to Proposal Data, Patent Rights, Responsibility Matters, Independent Price Determination, and Payments to Influence Federal Transactions, with different sections required based on proposal value.
- SARC (Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs): Collects offeror information, ownership, business size/diversity, executive compensation, responsibility, E-Verify status, and FAR certifications.
