Scope of Work
The requirement is for the purchase and delivery of expendable prime power materials to support Alpha Company's Prepare to Deploy Order (PTDO) beginning in FY2026. These materials are essential for training and deployment, enabling the operation of a Deployable Power Generation Distribution System (DPGDS). The required supplies include various electrical cables (e.g., 15kv, 1/0 AWG AL; 15kV, 500 MCM CU; bare copper #2 stranded), connectors, splice kits, ground rods, electrical and insulation tapes, mastic tape, nylon ties, cable cleaning kits, construction fence, poly barrels, an electric oil pump, barrel wrench, shipping drums, a barrel dolly, a drum lifter, and a hazmat kit. All materials must be delivered to 1165 Maurico Rd. Bldg. 1400, Schofield Barracks, HI 96857.

Submission Requirements
Interested Small Business vendors are encouraged to submit a capability package addressing the following:
- Company information (name, address, POC, email, phone, UEI, CAGE code).
- Business size and socioeconomic status.
- Capability to provide all materials listed in the draft Purchase Description, including whether the company is a manufacturer or distributor, and a process for proposing "or equal" products.
- Experience and capability in shipping and delivering materials to Hawaii within the 60-day timeframe.
- Up to three similar past performance projects from the last five years.
- Any existing government-wide contract vehicles.
- Comments on the draft Purchase Description.
