Scope of Work

- Installation of various voltage services (e.g., 24V, 120/208V, 277/480V, 13,200V).
- Installation of transformers, panel boards, motors, and other electrical equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults.
- Installation and maintenance of lighting, life safety systems (fire alarm, mass notification), and exterior power distribution systems.
- Repairs to low and medium-voltage cables and splices.
- Maintenance of streetlights, switchgear, and distribution systems.
- Work on Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS), Generators, and Direct Digital Controls. All work must adhere to industry, NIST, OSHA, NFPA 70, and NFPA 70E standards. Tasks will often occur in occupied scientific/research areas, requiring careful planning to minimize disruption.
