  • FLUX, WELDING SAW: MIL-DTL-23765/2, MIL-100S-1F, 50.00 LB CO, MATERIAL SPEC: T9074-BC-GIB-010/0200 // MIL-DTL-23765. Both electrode and flux must be obtained from the same company and qualified in combination, as per Qualified Products List (QPL) requirements. Key Deliverables & Requirements:
  • Certification Data Report (CDRL): Required for CLIN 0001 and 0004AA, including Certification Material Test Report (CMTR) per DI-MISC-82386.
  • Supply Chain Traceability: Documented evidence must be retained for five years.
  • Base Access: Contractors require Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials for base access.
  • NIST SP 800-171: Required for contractors unless items are Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and identified as such.
