Submission & Requirements
The solicitation, all amendments, and associated controlled documents will be posted on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module (https://piee.eb.mil), with a notice on SAM.gov. Proposals must also be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access controlled attachments, which will be posted concurrently with the solicitation.
