  • Willingness to accept option years with an Economic Price Adjustment clause.
  • For commercial items, evidence of actual sales, evolution through technology, minor modifications, customary combinations, or transfers between affiliates (e.g., sales invoices, price lists, catalogs, web links), and commercial warranty information.
