Scope of Work
The requirement involves the purchase and installation of a complete physical security system. This includes the removal of existing equipment and wiring, and the installation of new, network-ready systems for:

- Intrusion Detection System (IDS): Removal of existing systems, installation of a new control panel, nine alarm keypads, and fifteen door contacts. The system must be configured for monitoring by the Federal Protective Service (FPS) Mega Center.
- Video Surveillance System (VSS): Removal of existing cameras and NVR, installation of ten mini-dome IP cameras, two DUO IP cameras, and two 180-degree IP cameras. Specific camera requirements include minimum resolutions, WDR, True Day/Night, IR illumination, IP66/IK10 rating, ONVIF/NDAA compliance, and approved manufacturers. Installation also includes network/PoE switches, security monitors, and an NVR capable of 30 days of 24/7 recording.
All cabling must meet current ANSI/TIA/EIA standards, and miscellaneous installations include fire-rated plywood, electrical power circuits, and equipment labeling.

Special Requirements
