Services include scheduling appointments, ensuring accurate and complete fingerprint capture, and submitting data to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and Office of Personnel Management (OPM). This is crucial for employment processing and the issuance of CACs for installation and system access. Approximately 3,200 fingerprints will be required per fiscal year.
