This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government has determined that Teledyne Electronic Safety Products is the only responsible source capable of maintaining the necessary configuration control due to the unique nature of the Test Set. However, the Government will consider capability statements received by the closing date to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. The final decision to compete the requirement remains at the Government's sole discretion.
