Evaluation
This is not a request for competitive proposals. NAWCAD LKE intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Teledyne Controls LLC, as they are the OEM of the eTOLD software and hold proprietary data rights. However, the Government will consider responses received within fifteen (15) days of publication to identify any alternative offerors. A solicitation will not be posted unless alternative offerors are identified.
