Special Requirements & Personnel Qualifications
Personnel must possess a SECRET facility clearance and be eligible for SAP access. Operators require a minimum of 5 years' instructor experience in tactical EW, SIGINT collection, direction-finding, RF spectrum analysis, and electromagnetic signature identification. Experience in joint integration with multiple aircraft types, intelligence, and fires, as well as planning/facilitating joint LFEs, is essential. The Lead Facilitator must have expertise in tactical communications intercept analysis, AFSW electronic signature characterization, and current threat EW TTPs. Contractors must also have direct experience training AFSW personnel on signature management and emissions control.
