Contract Details

Funding is not presently available, and no contract award will be made until Congressionally appropriated funding is secured. Evaluation will consider Price, Technical, and Past Performance, with Price being the deciding factor when Technical and Past Performance are equal. Key Requirements & Personnel

Personnel must have a minimum of 5 years of instructor experience in tactical EW, SIGINT collection, direction-finding, RF spectrum analysis, and electromagnetic signature identification, with a SIGINT/EW military background. The Lead Facilitator requires expertise in tactical communications intercept analysis and AFSW electronic signature characterization. A contractor Secret Clearance is not required at award, but a DD254 will be processed post-award, requiring Secret clearances for personnel. Contractors will obtain commercial billeting off-base.
