This solicitation is for the procurement of Graco ProXP85 H85T10 electrostatic paint guns. The government is procuring 24 units of these paint guns.

• Packaging: In accordance with Contractor's commercial best practice to ensure undamaged arrival. Exterior container marked "NOT FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE."

• Unique Item Identification: Required for items with a Government unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more, or as otherwise identified in the schedule. Specific requirements for marking and reporting are detailed in DFARS Clause 252.211-7003.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery is on or before June 19, 2026.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Submission: Quotations must be submitted to the office specified in Block 9 by the due date in Block 8. Key submission requirements include solicitation number, vendor information, technical description, warranty terms, price, "remit to" address, and acknowledgment of amendments.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the vendor with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP) whose quotation conforms to all solicitation requirements. Price is the sole evaluated factor. Evaluation will consider completeness, price reasonableness, and price realism. Unbalanced pricing will be reviewed.

• Key Deadlines: Offer Due Date: April 27, 2026, 12:00 PM.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business.

• Small Business Size Standard: 950 employees (or 800 employees if the concern did not manufacture the item).

• Delivery Location: Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3303.

• Delivery Gate: "Truck Entry Gate" (Gate 33) is the designated delivery gate for trucks. Specific hours and alternative gate usage are detailed.

• Contract Holidays: Prices include observances of specified holidays. Additional designated holidays will be billable if services are required and performed.

• Contractor ID Badge Requirements: Compliance with TAFBI 31-101 and related AFI/TAFBP is required. A $50.00 charge applies for lost or damaged badges.

• Payment: Electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) is required.

• Ombudsman: An ombudsman is available to address concerns. Initial concerns should be directed to the Contracting Officer.

• REAL ID Act: Compliance with REAL ID Act requirements is mandatory for installation access.
