Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is Technically Acceptable and offers the Lowest Price. Offerors must include a completed FAR Clause 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications), FAR 52.204-24 (Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment), Unique Entity ID (UEI), Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and certification of business size. An active SAM registration is mandatory for award.
