Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To ensure the continuous operation of Elevated Work Platform (EWP) systems located at Travis Air Force Base, California, by providing comprehensive maintenance services.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and labor for testing, inspecting, servicing, and performing necessary repairs on EWPs.

• Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) and unscheduled repair maintenance.

• Conduct initial inspections to determine equipment condition and perform repairs to restore non-serviceable components.

• Perform quarterly and annual inspections in accordance with ANSI standards.

• Service equipment according to manufacturer's service manuals and industry's highest standards.

• Provide new standard parts for all repairs, performed to manufacturer's specifications.

• Maintain an on-site permanent log of all inspections, testing, and maintenance activities.

• Provide a listing of all newly installed equipment and copies of complete maintenance and repair manuals.

• Equipment must be maintained to be within performance standards.

• Repairs and parts must be of highest quality standards to ensure safe mission capable operation.

• Contractor must maintain and be able to provide proof of annual OSHA Certification.

• Written reports for serviced equipment are required within three (3) business days following each maintenance visit.

• The work will be performed at Travis Air Force Base, California.

• Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays.

• Emergency and after-hours services require a response within 2 hours of notification.

• Contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, and labor.

• Government will not provide facilities, desk space, computers, or other office items.

• Government will furnish utilities (electricity, water, sewage).

• Contractor is responsible for solid waste collection and disposal.

• Contractor employees must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, codes, and regulations.

• Contractor must develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Contractor must provide a Contractor Service Representative (Contract Manager).

• All parts and labor shall be fully warranted.
