The scope includes routine, non-routine, and emergency maintenance and repair services, as well as modernization services, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. All services must comply with applicable ASME standards (A17.1, A17.2, A17.3), NFPA 70, NFPA 72, and Federal Accessibility Standards (ABA/ADA). A specific Statement of Work (Appendix E) details requirements for three hydraulic elevators at the U.S. Botanic Garden.
