Scope of Work

- Personnel: Provision of all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, including a trained elevator mechanic for twice-monthly maintenance.
- Emergency Services: 24/7 emergency response, same-day service for malfunctions, and after-hours emergency minor adjustment callback service.
- Logistics: Supply of all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, and materials.
- Parts: Use of genuine manufacturer's parts or approved equal, and maintenance of an accessible supply of spare parts.
- Operational Hours: Maintenance primarily during normal building hours (Mon-Thu 8:00-17:30, Fri 8:00-13:00), excluding local and bank holidays, unless approved.
