Required submissions include a completed SF-1449 (Section 1), proof of SAM registration, a list of clients from the past three years with performance details, evidence of necessary personnel, equipment, financial resources, and local licenses/permits. A strategic plan for elevator maintenance services is also required. Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter, considering technical acceptability (past performance, experience, technical information), price reasonableness, and quoter responsibility (financial resources, ability to comply, integrity, organization, experience, skills, equipment, facilities, and eligibility).

Important Notes

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database (www.sam.gov) and possess all permits and licenses required to do business in Spain.
