Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a four-day introductory-level training course on the Junos Operating System (Junos OS) to equip students with foundational knowledge for configuring, verifying, and troubleshooting Junos OS devices.

• The course will focus on practical experience using the command-line interface (CLI).

• Topics include Layer 3 network interface basics, routing tables, static routes, OSPF, Layer 2 switchports, user accounts, firewall filters, routing policy, and troubleshooting.

• The Contractor must provide all necessary training materials, equipment, and qualified instructors.

• The training will be conducted within 180 days of contract award.

• All training will be accomplished in-person at Ellsworth AFB.

• Specific dates to be coordinated with TSgt Olson or TSgt Bowker.

• Deliver a four-day "Introduction to the Junos Operating System" course based on Junos OS Release 22.1R1.10.

• Provide instruction covering all outlined topics, incorporating demonstrations and hands-on labs.

• Provide qualified instructors with expertise in Junos OS and training delivery.

• Provide comprehensive course materials (Student Guide, Lab Guides - electronic or printed).

• Provide access to necessary software and virtualized lab environments.

• Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accurate.

• Provide a functional and stable lab environment reflecting a real-world Junos OS network.

• Provide technical support for the lab environment during the course.

• Provide 20 tokens for JNCIA course evaluations.

• Acceptance Criteria include: Successful delivery of the four-day training course, provision of all required training materials, and a fully functional and stable lab environment for the duration of the course.

• Contractor must possess demonstrated experience in delivering Junos OS training.

• Certified Junos instructors (JNCIS-ENT or higher preferred).

• Access to a suitable training facility (if applicable).

• Proven ability to provide a stable and functional lab environment.

• Contractor personnel must be able to fluently read, understand, speak, and write English.

• Contractor personnel must present a professional, business casual appearance and display good customer service skills.

• Contractor is responsible for all travel arrangements (airfare, hotel, rental car), which are included in the firm fixed price and not reimbursed separately.

• Contractor must abide by all security regulations of the installation for base access.

• Completed SF 1449, including clauses, provisions, and pricing, is required.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business.

• Payment requests and receiving reports must be submitted electronically via the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.

• The contract will be administered by the 28 CONS PKC at Ellsworth AFB, SD.
