Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for supplying and installing all components of the Elopement Alarm System. This includes:
- Monitoring 8 doors across 4 floors and integrating with 16 annunciating stations.
- Installing all necessary wiring between devices.
- Providing all contract oversight, management, technically trained personnel, OEM authorizations, applicable licenses, uniforms, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, storage, insurance, shipping, and transportation.
- Ensuring the system is compatible with and integrated into the existing Jeron Provider 790 nurse call system.
- Supplying specific equipment: 8 Wanderguard Blue Door Alarms Controllers, 16 Wanderguard Blue Nurse Station Annunciators, and 50 Wanderguard Blue Bracelets.
- Providing installation and staff training, along with electronic user and repair manuals.
- Adhering to safety and compliance standards including OSHA, ANSI, NFPA-99, and FDA Quality System Regulation (21 CFR Part 820).
- Protecting VAMC personnel, furnishings, equipment, and buildings from damage during work.
- Services are considered non-personal.
