Additional Notes
Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov. Brand Name or Equal products are acceptable. Offerors must provide written certification from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorizing them to provide and install the products. Standard manufacturer industry warranty terms are required; extended warranties are not accepted. Compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA-99, FDA Quality System Regulation, and other regulatory requirements is mandatory.
