• Health & Welfare rate: The required rate is $5.55 per hour.
• Carpeted area: Approximately 11,000 square feet of the building requires periodic carpet cleaning.
• Contract duration: The current contract for janitorial services has been in place for 5 years and 6 months.

All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. Bidders are instructed to return a signed copy of this amendment with their quote.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)
