Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance and support for the Library's Empress Media Asset Management (eMAM) system. This includes:
- Maintenance Support: All software batch updates, 24/7 phone support (12-hour maximum response time), 24/5 online support web portal access, 24/5 email support, and 24/5 web chat support for one calendar year.
- Business Unit Licenses: Two (2) additional business unit licenses to expand the system from one to three business units. These licenses will enable partitioned environments and customized layouts within the Director, Ingest, Archive, and Delivery interfaces for the Library's Design Office and Office of Communications.

Additional Notes
