Evaluation

This will be a competitive Performance-Price Tradeoff (PPT) best value source selection. Competing offerors' combined past performance information will be approximately equal to price. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without negotiations, so initial proposals should contain the best terms from a price standpoint. Proposals with an unacceptable Technical rating will not receive further evaluation. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest Total Evaluated Price (TEP) if justified by a higher Past Performance Confidence Rating.
