Submission & Evaluation
This is a request for quotation (RFQ). Offerors must be authorized resellers or distributors of Emergenetics International products and provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming this, along with a Letter of Authorization. Quotations without this documentation may not be considered. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Commercial Supplier Agreements must be provided in full text, without hyperlinks, and cannot conflict with Federal law or regulations. Automatic renewals and unilateral changes are not permitted.
