Scope of Work

Submission & Evaluation

Submissions must include course curriculums and signed copies of the RFQ/amendment(s). Award will be made to the offeror whose curriculum is most advantageous to the Government. Evaluation will consider price, with the possibility of a price/past performance tradeoff, allowing for award to other than the lowest-priced quote.
