• Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to all solicitation requirements and provides the lowest total price.
• Requirements: Respondents must be registered in SAM.gov, complete and sign SF-18, acknowledge amendments, provide a commercial quote schedule, and submit a technical package (without pricing information). Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.
